I would like to thank everyone for your cards, thoughts and prayers.  They have helped all of us through this ordeal.  To all of you who have asked what you can do to help, we have come to realize how important it is for each and every one of us to do our part by gifting our organs.  The next time you renew your driver's license, we would appreciate it if you would take an extra moment to think about how organ donations can save lives and agree to participate in the program.
